The offered prices include bed linens, towels, hot water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, private parking, ski depot and bike garage.
Garage is available upon request during the booking process, at the cost of Euro 5,00/night.
To guarantee your reservation, you will be requested to send a deposit of 1/3 of the total amount by bank transfer, and to prove your payment by sending a confirmation.
The remaining balance will have to be paid at your arrival.
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before your arrival, the deposit will be given back to you after deducting the transfer costs. If the cancellation is communicated less than 30 days before the arrival, the deposit will not be given back.
If any damages are caused to the apartment, furniture, appliances or anything provided for the holiday, the guest will be held responsible of the damage. Housing more people than it has been agreed upon during the reservation process is not allowed. The owner has the right to deny the access in the apartment if this rule is not respected.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Check in after 14,00 – Check out after 9,00.
STAY IN THE APARTMENTS
Please respect the other guests during your holiday. We kindly ask you to be quiet at night between 22,00 and 7,00.
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartments, as established by the Italian law (l. 3/2003). Every balcony is equipped with ash.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Bed linens and towels will be changed at the end of the holiday. Every guest is provided with one hand towel; one bath towel will be provided every second guest. For stays longer than 2 weeks, the linens and towels will be changed at the end of the second week.
The owner has the right to access the apartments for extraordinary maintenance or cleaning.
The guests are asked to leave a clean and tidy apartment at the end of the holiday. You are kindly asked not to leave any garbage in the house, but to differentiate it and deposit it in the external bins.
The owners have the right to ask the guests for a 100,00 € deposit. This will be given back at the end of the holiday after checking for any damages or excessive cleaning required in the apartment.
No animals are allowed in the apartments.
